What happens after payment

Creem provides the secure checkout as our Merchant of Record and handles payment processing, applicable sales tax, and the purchase receipt. Creem File Downloads provides protected access to the ZIP through the purchase confirmation email and Customer Portal. Save a local backup after access is provided.

Check compatibility first

Kokoro Reader supports English only and limits each generation to 5,000 characters. It downloads roughly 100 MB of model data from Hugging Face and requires JavaScript, WebAssembly, Web Workers, sufficient memory, and a current browser. Desktop Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari is recommended; mobile devices may be slow or run out of memory.

The workflow kit is made of ordinary Markdown, CSV, and HTML files and works offline once downloaded. It does not include model files, voices, cloud storage, or guaranteed future updates.

Licence

One purchase grants the purchaser a non-exclusive licence to use and adapt the templates for their own personal or commercial production workflows. The original kit files may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or posted as a competing template pack.

Refunds

Defective files, duplicate charges, material description errors, and delivery failures are eligible for review under our refund policy. Change-of-mind refunds after a successful digital download are not generally offered except where required by applicable law. Statutory consumer rights are not limited.
