Text and generated audio

Speech text is processed in the browser. Generated samples and WAV files remain in browser memory until you replace them, close the tab, or download them. Kokoro Reader does not provide cloud storage or an account history for this content.

Model and hosting requests

The free reader requests Kokoro model and voice files from Hugging Face when needed. That third party may receive standard network information such as your IP address, browser details, and request time under its own privacy practices. Our hosting provider may likewise process ordinary request and security logs needed to serve the site.

Purchases through Creem

Creem is our Merchant of Record for the Creator Workflow Kit. Creem provides checkout, processes payment details, calculates and collects applicable taxes, issues receipts, provides protected file access through Creem File Downloads and the Customer Portal, and handles payment-related compliance under its own terms and privacy notice.

We do not receive complete card or bank details. To deliver and support a purchase, we may receive limited transaction information such as the customer email, order identifier, product purchased, payment status, refund status, and purchase time.

Optional analytics

Analytics load only when a Google Analytics ID has been configured and you choose “Allow analytics.” The consent choice is stored in local storage. Events are limited to model-load and speech-generation actions; speech text and generated audio are not included. You can clear the choice through your browser’s site-data controls.

Support messages

If you contact support, we use the information you provide to answer the request, verify delivery, investigate a defect, or review a refund. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, private source text, or generated audio unless specifically necessary and requested.

Retention and disclosure

Local reader content is not retained by us. Purchase and support records may be kept for the period reasonably required for delivery, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Information may be disclosed to service providers or authorities when needed for those purposes or required by law. We do not sell speech text or generated audio.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding personal data we control. Purchase data controlled by Creem may need to be requested directly from Creem. To start a request concerning Kokoro Reader, contact support@saasfeecalculator.com.
