Order and delivery help
Include the Creem order reference, purchase email, and a brief description of the Creem File Downloads, confirmation-email, Customer Portal, or file problem. Please do not send complete card or bank details.
Refund request
Read the refund policy, then include the order reference, purchase date, and reason for the request.
Free reader issue
Include the browser and version, operating system, device type, action attempted, and the exact visible error. Do not include private source text or generated audio unless it is essential to reproduce the issue.
Privacy request
State the privacy right or question and the email connected to any relevant order. Payment information controlled by Creem may need to be requested directly from Creem.
