1. About the services

Kokoro Reader is an independent browser interface for the open-source Kokoro text-to-speech model. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the model authors, Hugging Face, or Creem. The browser reader remains free.

The Creator Workflow Kit is a separate, one-time digital purchase containing workflow documentation, CSV templates, a QA checklist, and an offline HTML text chunker. It does not unlock additional reader features, model files, voices, cloud processing, or future subscription services.

2. Reader requirements and limits

• The reader supports English text only.
• Each generation is limited to 5,000 characters.
• Initial use requires downloading roughly 100 MB of model data from Hugging Face.
• JavaScript, WebAssembly, Web Workers, sufficient device memory, and a current browser are required.
• Mobile devices and older computers may be slow, fail to load the model, or run out of memory.

You should test the free reader on the intended device before buying the workflow kit.

3. Price and payment

The Creator Workflow Kit costs $9.90 USD as a one-time purchase. There is no recurring subscription. Creem acts as Merchant of Record, provides checkout, processes payments, handles applicable taxes, and issues the receipt. Creem’s checkout terms also apply to the transaction.

4. Digital delivery

After a successful Creem payment, Creem File Downloads provides protected access to the ZIP through the purchase confirmation email and Customer Portal. The purchaser is responsible for saving and backing up the delivered files. If access is missing or the delivered archive is corrupt, contact support@saasfeecalculator.com with the order email and Creem order reference so the order can be verified.

5. Workflow Kit licence

One purchase grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt the kit’s templates and offline tool in the purchaser’s own personal or commercial production workflows.

You may not redistribute, publish, resell, sublicense, or make the original kit files available as a competing product, template library, or download. The licence does not grant ownership of the Kokoro model, upstream code, voice identities, or third-party materials.

6. Your content and responsible use

You retain rights you already hold in text and other material you use. You must have permission to process that material and are responsible for the legality, accuracy, disclosure, and use of generated audio. Do not use the service to impersonate a real person, deceive listeners, violate privacy or publicity rights, infringe intellectual property, or create unlawful content.

7. Third-party software and services

Kokoro, kokoro-js, ONNX Runtime, model files, browser technology, Hugging Face delivery, Creem checkout, and optional analytics are governed in part by their own licences and terms. Their availability and behaviour are outside our complete control.

8. Availability and warranties

The free reader and kit are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular voice quality, error-free pronunciation, compatibility with every device, suitability for a particular production, or permanent availability of third-party model files. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost production time, lost files, third-party service failure, or decisions made from generated output. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

10. Refunds and disputes

Refund requests are handled under the refund policy. Contact support first so we can verify delivery or repair a defective package. Creem may process approved refunds as Merchant of Record. Mandatory consumer protections remain available regardless of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update the free reader, kit, or these terms. A purchase does not include a promise of future feature releases unless the checkout page expressly says otherwise. Changes do not remove rights already granted for files validly purchased and downloaded.
